ViralBot ("we," "the operator") is a personal content-distribution tool operated by Kamel El Rhazi. This policy explains what information ViralBot processes and how it is used.

Who this applies to

ViralBot does not offer public sign-up or accounts to third parties. Every TikTok account connected to ViralBot is owned and operated directly by Kamel El Rhazi. This policy describes how the operator's own connected accounts and related data are handled.

Information we collect

How we use this information

Account tokens are used solely to publish content to the connected account through TikTok's Content Posting API, and to refresh access when tokens expire. Video metadata is used to select and categorize content before it is adapted and republished.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent any data. Information is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to operate the service: TikTok (for publishing), YouTube (for content discovery), and our hosting and storage providers (Railway, Cloudflare). These providers process data under their own respective privacy policies.

Data retention

Account tokens are retained for as long as an account remains connected to ViralBot. Operational logs are retained for a limited period for troubleshooting and are periodically cleared. A connected account's tokens are deleted once the account is disconnected.

Security

Tokens and credentials are stored in a private database and are not exposed publicly. Access to the operator's infrastructure is restricted to the operator.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
